Start small, pay for what you use.

We start with a defined workflow or business problem, then match the scope to the work. Small assessments lead to scoped builds, and scoped builds can grow into embedded support when it earns it.

Workflow Assessment

The smallest first yes. We review one workflow, map what is happening today, identify bottlenecks, and deliver a clear recommendation or usable artifact.

Flat fee

Few hundred to low four figures, scoped first.

  • Working sessions with the people closest to the process
  • Workflow map, bottleneck analysis, and short written assessment
  • One usable artifact when appropriate: SOP, dashboard, prototype, or automation plan
  • Clean stopping point with no retainer pressure

Engagement

A scoped implementation with a fixed shape, a start, and an end. This may include process redesign, dashboards, automation, custom systems, or operating-model changes.

Scoped

priced against the deliverable

  • 6 to 12 week typical engagement
  • Custom application, automation, or operating-system work
  • Weekly demo, written status, and decision log
  • Assessment rolls in. You only pay for new scope.
Talk About an Engagement

  • Hands-on execution across ops and software
  • Standing weekly cadence with leadership
  • 30 day notice, no annual lock.
Discuss Embedded

Small first yes

A Workflow Assessment is the smallest version of working with us. You learn how we operate before signing up for anything bigger.

Plain scope math

Engagements are priced against a deliverable, not a head count. The shape of the work decides the number.

Embedded when it earns it

Only useful after we have shipped something together. We will not sell you a retainer cold.

Not sure which shape fits

Tell us about the problem.

We will read it, write back with a shape, and either point you at a Workflow Assessment, an engagement, or somewhere else entirely. No pitch deck.
