David is an operations and systems professional who helps organizations improve workflows, reduce friction, and turn messy processes into practical operating systems. His work sits at the intersection of process optimization, analytics, AI-augmented development, and custom business infrastructure.

He holds an MBA in Information Systems and is completing an MS in Data Analytics & AI. With 8+ years across healthcare, legal, and construction environments, David brings a process-first approach to operational problem solving: map the workflow, identify the bottleneck, then determine whether the fix is process redesign, reporting, automation, or a custom system.

His portfolio includes healthcare operations platforms, analytics dashboards, custom CRMs, decision tools, and workflow automations for clinical, professional services, and field operations teams. He combines Lean Six Sigma methodology with modern AI development tools to help compress implementation timelines and deliver usable systems faster.

David is certified as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Certified Supply Chain Professional, and holds the Google Project Management Certificate.

Adan Padilla

Multi-Campus IT Infrastructure Systems Education Technology

Adan is an IT leader responsible for technology operations across two K-8 campuses serving 400+ students and staff. He manages infrastructure, systems, vendor relationships, procurement, budgeting, device management, and day-to-day technical support across both sites.

A UC Merced graduate in Economics, Adan brings a practical mix of analytical thinking, budget discipline, and hands-on technical fluency. His experience spans enterprise network infrastructure, Google Workspace administration, multi-site device management, identity and access provisioning, and coordination across educators, administrators, vendors, and support teams.

He has also served in an interim director role overseeing 30+ staff and 300+ students for a tutoring center supported by a $3M school district grant, balancing operations leadership with hands-on technical delivery.

Adan brings a systems-oriented approach to every engagement. Whether scaling infrastructure, standing up new sites, improving internal tools, or designing technology stacks for clients, he focuses on making technology support the operation instead of creating more friction. He is fluent in Spanish, allowing him to support bilingual teams, vendors, and clients directly.
